Here's the ones I've seen:

*#06# Display IMEI (Same as any GSM phone).
*#*#4636#*#* Test Mode. Displays Cell tower info and allows certain tests.
*#*#4225#*#* Enable/Disable Full (Long) Screen for all apps. Does not work on newer 1.000.24 ROMs
