TC1000 Lights

So I've got the fpi2002 driver working for the TC1000, and I understand the packets that come out of the serial port.

Has anyone figured out how to get the LEDs for the 3 pen-only buttons (rotate, write, scribble) to work? I'm guessing it involves writing data to the serial port.
